    "description": "This indicator provides an estimate for the cumulative gross removal of CO2 from FLR activities included under the Bonn Challenge Commitment since 2011. Reported climate impacts are divided into three tiers to convey the level of confidence and accuracy in the reported figures: Tier 1 values offer low confidence in accuracy, derived by combining estiamtes of the area under restoration offering low confidence with carbon sequestration rates that are not geographically or FLR activity-specific. Tier 2 values offer moderate confidence in accuracy, derived by combining estimates of the area under restoration offering moderate confidence with carbon sequestration rates that are or are not geographically or FLR activity-specific. Tier 3 values are associated with high confidence in accuracy, derived by combining estimates of the area under restoration offering high confidence with carbon sequestration rates that are geographically or FLR activity-specific.     "description": "This indicator measures the area (in hectares) actually brought under restoration -and counted toward the Bonn Challenge Commitment- in each country. Reported hectares under restoration are divided into three tiers to convey the level of confidence and accuracy in the reported figures: Tier 1 values offer low confidence in accuracy, derived from non-spatial country statistics and broad estimates with limited supporting documentation or ground validation. Tier 2 values offer moderate confidence in accuracy, derived from maps, surveys and other statistical data with some supporting documentation and ground validation. Tier 3 values are associated with high confidence in accuracy, derived from spatially-specific estiamtes supported by adequate documentation and ground validation. The indicator ranges from 0 (Very high level of percieved corruption) to 10 (very low level of perceived corruption. For the period 1995-2011 the indicator was calculated according to a methodology that has been revised starting from the 2012 round onwards (See: http://files.transparency.org/content/download/2055/13232/file/CPI_2016_...). For this reason the CPI scores for the period 1995-2011 have been separated from the CPI scores from 2012 onwards.
