    "description": "The MADICO Geoportal is an online platform for accessing and managing geospatial information about local community areas in Mozambique. Its primary goal is to share data on these community lands and other relevant information. According to Mozambican Land Law, local communities, which can define themselves and exist at various territorial levels, have the right to delimit the boundaries of areas where they have common interests. They can claim use rights over these lands based on customary occupation, covering residential, agricultural, and cultural areas, among others. Communities must agree on boundaries with neighbors and can then request state registration and certification of these rights.",
